SWITZERLAND
George Pepperdine, in this third of six letters, describes the accounts of his time spent in Switzerland and Italy, specifically the cities of Basel, Venice, Rome, and Brindisi on his way to Alexandria, Egypt. He discusses his interactions with locals and the affect of war upon these countries. Through his encounters with the Catacombs, fine art, and galleries, and the Colosseum, George not only is exposed to faith-based inspiration, but the true origins of European religion and Christianity in general. Through his travels, he strengthens his faith.
